Anyone with $LOUD Token can take part in funding a live event by purchasing a LOUD NFT.
HOW MUCH OF THE PROFIT IS MINE?
NFT holders will receive 50% of the ticket sale NET profits. Your amount received will be proportionate to your investment.
WHAT VALUE DOES MY NFT HOLD?
After you have funded your first event, you will automatically be placed at the front of the cue for the next event. You may choose to sell your NFT to a buyer wishing to claim your priority.
Owning LOUD NFTs gives you purchasing priority over those who do not own LOUD NFTs. After you have funded your first event, you will automatically be placed at the front of the line for the next event. This means that your NFT value may increase with growing event funding demand.

CAN I SELL MY NFT?
Yes. If you wish, you may choose to sell or transfer it to anyone at any time. Keep in mind that LOUD NFTs will be limited and contain an additional value in rewards to owning your LOUD NFT.
DO I NEED TO PARTICIPATE IN PROMOTION?
No. Participation in the promotion of a live event is optional. However, you would miss out on any promotion rewards that are tied to the event.
